These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ikiss918 ("ikiss918", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ikiss918.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

ikiss918 operates an online casino and sports betting platform primarily serving adult users located in Malaysia. By accessing the Platform, creating a registered account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you conclusively affirm that you: (a) have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age; (c) are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful; and (d) agree to comply with all provisions set out herein.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds currently held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or free spins awarded by ikiss918 pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Funds" means deposits made by a Player using approved Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) payment methods, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the minimum aggregate betting turnover a Player must achieve before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and address verification procedures conducted by ikiss918 as required under its compliance obligations.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law or in which ikiss918 does not hold the necessary authorisation to offer gaming services.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated software and services operated by ikiss918 at ikiss918.cam.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the base currency of the Platform for all Player transactions.

To open and maintain an Account on the ikiss918 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active. ikiss918 strictly prohibits access to, or use of, the Platform by persons under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage and to immediately suspend any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the Account holder may be under 21.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been adjudged legally incapable by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in, physically located in, or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence and physical location at any given time.
4. One Account Per Person: You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances therein, and potential referral to relevant authorities.
5. Personal Account: Accounts must be opened and operated solely for personal entertainment purposes. Corporate accounts, accounts opened on behalf of third parties, and accounts operated as a commercial enterprise are strictly prohibited.
6. Not a Politically Exposed Person or Sanctioned Individual: You confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any applicable sanctions regime that would prohibit you from transacting with ikiss918.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia (for example, in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, or other localities), a valid email address, and a preferred username.

You warrant that all information supplied during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes an immediate breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

ikiss918 reserves the right to carry out KYC verification at any stage. This may require you to submit government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and documentation verifying ownership of payment methods used. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on your Account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ikiss918 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. All other rights are reserved by ikiss918.

You agree that in using the Platform you will at all times:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Malaysia and any other jurisdiction that governs your use of the Platform;
• Act in good faith and not attempt to gain any unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform by exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or system loopholes;
• Refrain from using any automated software, bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by ikiss918;
• Ensure that all funds deposited to your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of unlawful activity;
• Accept that all gaming outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer operations conducted in accordance with the rules of each respective game.

ikiss918 processes all Player transactions exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. ikiss918 does not impose transaction fees on the Player side; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges which are entirely your responsibility.

Minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Platform's banking section and are subject to change at ikiss918's discretion with reasonable prior notice. Deposits are typically credited to your Account in real time or within minutes of transaction confirmation by the relevant payment processor.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and compliance review. ikiss918 targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within 3 to 10 minutes; however, this timeline is not guaranteed and may be extended in cases requiring additional verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

ikiss918 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

General bonus conditions that apply across all ikiss918 promotions include the following:

• Eligibility: Only Players who are fully verified and in good standing are eligible to receive or retain promotional bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds carry a Wagering Requirement, the specific multiplier for which is stated on the promotion page. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Maximum Bet During Active Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or stake per round is capped at the limit specified in the promotion's terms. Placing a bet exceeding this cap during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward the clearance of a Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake. Table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). The specific contribution table is published on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or whose Wagering Requirements are not completed within the applicable validity window (typically 7 to 30 days as stated per promotion) will expire automatically and be removed from your Account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion's terms.
• Abuse: ikiss918 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Account of any Player who is found to be abusing the bonus system, including through collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of low-variance gameplay strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting event, as displayed within the Platform interface at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game or event rules.

For sports betting — covering competitions including the English Premier League, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, and international events such as the UFC — bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. ikiss918 reserves the right to void bets in the event of: (a) obvious pricing errors; (b) confirmed match-fixing or corruption in the relevant event; (c) technical failures that materially affected the bet placement; or (d) bets placed on events that were cancelled or abandoned prior to completion of the minimum qualifying period specified by the relevant competition rules.

For live casino games, all decisions made by the authorised dealing personnel are final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure below. For RNG-based slot or table games, all outcomes generated by the Platform's certified random number system are binding and final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or assisting any other person to do so;
• Providing false identification or other fraudulent documentation during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or AI systems to automate gameplay or gain an unfair informational advantage;
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory communication toward Platform staff or other users;
• Charging back or reversing a deposit payment through your bank or payment provider after those funds have been used for wagering;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, or accessing or operating another Player's Account.

ikiss918 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct; (c) failure to complete required KYC verification; (d) chargebacks initiated by the Player; (e) the Player's request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy; or (f) any other circumstance that ikiss918 determines, in its reasonable judgement, necessitates account action in order to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons attributable to Player misconduct, ikiss918 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the Account, including Real Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where closure is initiated at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance (net of pending Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, audiovisual material, trademarks, service marks, logos (including the ikiss918 brand identity), promotional materials, and textual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ikiss918 or its licensed content providers. All rights are expressly reserved.

You are granted no licence, right, or interest in any intellectual property of ikiss918 beyond the limited access licence described in Section 5 of these Terms. In particular, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of ikiss918.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ikiss918, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ikiss918 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, as well as events beyond our reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, and government actions), may affect Platform availability without giving rise to any liability on the part of ikiss918.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Malaysian law.

ikiss918 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Platform incorporates a suite of player protection tools including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion facilities. These tools are accessible via your Account settings and through our 24/7 support team.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account and arrange return of any eligible Real Funds balance.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact ikiss918 through our official support channels to seek an informal resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint being lodged with ikiss918, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable procedural rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ikiss918 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where such relief is necessary to protect ikiss918's intellectual property rights or to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
